摘要

本文通过对皮革样品参数和目标值的选择、样品制备、方法选择、样品分发条件、结果统计和评价方法以及指定值不确定等能力验证方面的工作研究,为组织皮革领域能力验证计划活动的策划者提供参考。
This paper exhibited the proficiency testing in leather field from parameter and target values,preparation of proficiency testing sample,select method,condition of sample distribution,the statistical and evaluation of results,uncertainty of assigned value.This study provides a reference for the organization of proficiency testing plan in leather.
