摘要
在方家山核电工程水泥固化线调试过程中,进行了方家山设计配方、秦山二期桶内固化配方、西屋固定配方和海南试验配方试验,分析了各配方在间歇式桶外搅拌设备的适用性。分阶段在桶外搅拌设备分别进行浓缩液、废树脂固化和废过滤器芯固定试验,观察了试验过程并取样分析了固化体性能。结果提示方家山设计配方和秦山二期桶内固化配方因固化物泥浆流动度不够,无法按配方完成桶外批次固化试验,海南核电试验配方能够完成试验。对于桶外搅拌设备,应通过充分的试验验证配方与设备的匹配性,泥浆流动度应该作为一项重要的性能指标,合适的添加剂可以显著提高泥浆流动度。
During commissioning of Fangjiashan cement solidification line,Fangjiashan design formula,Qinshan phase Ⅱ formula,Westinghouse curing formula and Hainan experiment formula had been tested,all formula's applicability was analyzed in the intermittent out-drum mixing equipment.The concentrate,waste resin and waste filter was tested in the out-drum mixing equipment one by one,the testing process was observed and the performance of solidification sample were analyzed.The results show that out-drum batch test of Fangjiashan design formula and Qinshan phase Ⅱ formula was failure because of the mud fluidity is not enough,the formula of Hainan experiment formula could be accomplished.For out-drum mixing equipment,the match of formula and equipment should be effectively tested,the mud fluidity should be an important performance,Suitable additives can significantly improve the mud fluidity.
