摘要

目的:探析脊柱胸腰段骨折术后椎弓根螺钉断裂及弯曲松动的原因。方法:选取2006年9月-2016年3月在我院行脊柱胸腰段骨折手术治疗且术后发生椎弓根螺钉弯曲松动及断裂的20例患者,回顾分析其临床资料,找出发生椎弓根螺钉弯曲松动及断裂的原因。结果:脊柱胸腰段骨折术后,造成椎弓根出现弯曲松动及螺钉断裂的原因较多,主要与椎弓根螺钉的佩戴支具情况、植骨融合情况、取出时间、承受压力、设计及间盘高度丢失存在关联性。结论:在实施脊柱胸腰段骨折术治疗中,需对上述因素予以充分考量,防止椎弓根螺钉出现弯曲松动及断裂状况。
Objective: to analysis the thoracic lumbar spine fracture bending breakage and loosening of pedicle screw placement. Selection methods: in September 2006- March 2016 in ourhospital thoracic lumbar spine fracture surgery and postoperative bending pedicle screw loosening and fracture of 20 patients, retrospective analysis the clinical data, find out the bending pedicle screwloosening and fracture occurred. Results: thoracic lumbar spine fracture, resulting in loose bent pedicle and the cause of the screw fracture is more, the main wear with pedicle screws with a situation, bone graft fusion, take out the time, under pressure, design and plate height loss of correlation between. Conclusion: the implementation of the spine for the treatment of thoracic lumbar fractures, fullconsideration to the above factors, to prevent the occurrence of bending pedicle screws is loose and the status of the fracture.
