摘要
在对以往胜任力和科技创业相关文献进行回顾和总结基础上,结合对现实中大学生科技创业案例的分析,构建了大学生科技创业者胜任力与创业绩效的关系模型;接着,以上海地区的大学生科技创业者为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,并运用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析,以检验上述提出的概念模型及假设的合理性;最后,在实证结果的基础上,探讨各胜任力因素与创业绩效的关系,从而为当今如荼如火进行的大学生创业教育与实践提供理论上的支撑。
On basis of reviewing and summarizing the related literature of the previous competency and technical business,combined with the analysis of technology start-ups cases from university students in the reality,the relational model is established between the entrepreneurial competency of the technical entrepreneurs graduated from University and entrepreneurial performance.Then,taking the University technical entrepreneurs in Shanghai as the investigation object,the method of questionnaire survey is used to collect data and SPSS software is applied for statistical analysis of the data,in order to testify the rationality of the above concept model and hypothesis.Finally,on the basis of the empirical results,the relationship between the competency factors and entrepreneurial performance is explored,so as to provide theoretical support for popular students entrepreneurial education and practice at present.
