摘要
本文以某量产商用车仪表板为研究对象,选取仪表板总成中某个典型的部件为计算对象。该部件为无纤维填充的零件。采取了多种方法探索验证,首次使用了从试验样条到试验样件到分析模型的方式,并将计算结果跟试验结果进行比对,从单元数量、计算精度、计算时间等因素考虑,最终找出了适用于日常工作的仿真分析方法,并将误差控制在10%左右。模流仿真分析所用材料数据由澳洲某权威材料实验室测定,结构仿真分析所用材料数据由国内某权威公司测定,原始材料颗粒均由量产公司提供。
Taking one part of commercial vehicles dashboard as the research object.That is unfilled model.Try several methods to simulate compared with numbers of elements,accuracy of results,CPU time and other factors.Eventually find out the suitable simulation methods for this type parts and the error control in about 10%.The input material data with Moldflow is tested by an Australia Authority Material Laboratory.The input material data with Abaqus is tested by an Authority Company in china.The raw material particles are provided by the production company.
