摘要
研究了制革废牛毛水解提取角蛋白的方法,优化了氧化法/碱法相结合水解制革废牛毛的反应条件;对角蛋白进行改性得到制革专用的蛋白填料,并将其应用于制革复鞣工序中。结果表明,氧化法/碱法结合水解废牛毛的水解率高,提取的角蛋白颜色较浅,改性后所得蛋白填料复鞣效果良好。
The methods of tannery waste ox hair hydrolyzed and keratin extracted was research.The condition of combination of oxidation and alkaline hydrolysis hydrolyze tannery waste ox hair.The keratin was modified to produce protein filler.And the protein filler was applied to retanning process of tan.The results showed that combination of oxidation and alkaline hydrolysis had higher hydrolysis rate,and the colour of the keratin was lighter,the retanning effect of the protein filler was good.
