调节氧化石墨烯的还原程度用于氧化锌形貌调控

摘要
石墨烯可以作为模板生长氧化锌~[1,2]。我们发现在同样的生长条件下,氧化锌的形貌和氧化石墨烯的还原程度有紧密关系。当石墨烯的C/O原子比<8时,氧化锌倾向于在石墨烯膜上以纳米片的形式组装成绣球花样的微米结构,而且随着C/O比增大,氧化锌微球的直径逐渐减小。当C/O比>9时,绣球花样的氧化锌消失,随之出现了棒状结构。同样地,C/O比越大,氧化锌棒的直径越小。当8氧化锌/石墨烯复合结构,在紫外光照射下展现了可逆的表面亲疏水性,在可见光照射下展现了提高的光电流响应,因此它在未来的光电子设备中具有潜在的应用。
There are considerable differences in the morphologies of ZnO grown on the graphene films with different reduction degree. When C/O atom ratio is smaller than 8, ZnO tends to self-assemble into hydrangea-like microstructure in the form of nanosheets on the graphene films and the size of ZnO microspheres decrease gradually with the increase of C/O ratio. In the case of C/O ratio of larger than 9, the sphere-shaped flowers disappear, followed by clavate structures. The larger C/O ratio is, the less the diameter of rods is. When C/O ratio is in the range of 8-9, there is a hybridized state composed of both of nanosheets and rods, where the rods are in the range of microns. What's more, hydrangea-like Zn O/graphene structure shows a good reversibility of the surface wettability irradiated with UV light and enhanced sensitivity to visible light irradiation, which will open up new opportunities for future optoelectronic devices.
