摘要
介绍了取向硅钢脱碳退火产线氧化镁涂层质量分析管理系统的设计思想和功能应用。根据配液过程数据参数标准,检测出涂液从配比到使用整个过程中各参数情况,实现氧化镁涂层的质量分析管理。实现称重数据跟踪和配液过程监测,将作用于带钢的氧化镁涂层数据反馈形成报表,对涂层方案的优化和生产工艺的改进提供数据支撑,提高工艺人员工作效率,降低生产成本,从而使取向硅钢的经济效益达到最大化。
Oriented silicon steel decarburization annealing production line are introduced magnesium oxide coating quality analysis management system the design idea and funetion of the application.According to standard liquor process data parameters,detect the liquid coating from all the parameters of proportion in the whole process to use,realize magnesium oxide coating the quality analysis of the management.Weighing data tracking and liquor process monitoring,data will be on the strip of magnesium oxide coating feedback form report,in order to improve the production process for the optimization of the coating solution and provide data support,improve the technological personnel work efficiency,reduce production cost,so that to maximize the economic benefits of oriented silicon steel.
