氮氧化物对银盐法测定洗消废水中总砷含量的干扰及其消除方法

摘要
本文针对混酸-氢化物发生-DDCAg分光光度法测定洗消废水中砷含量时,硝酸根、亚硝酸根及氮氧化物存在的干扰及干扰的消除方法进行了报道。在50.00 mL 2.00μg/L的砷标液中3.00 mL的10%亚硝酸钠可造成22%的负偏差。如果按照国家环境保护标准所推荐的赶酸方法,将不能统一赶酸时间及保证赶酸的彻底性,但如果在消解液中加入0.50 mL 10%的氨基磺酸并保持微沸10min即可以消除亚硝酸根的干扰。
The procedure recommended by national environmental protection standard to destroy the remaining nitrate, nitrite and nitrogen dioxides during the determination of total arsenic in decontamination waste water by DDCAg absorption spectrometry is hard to operate and impracticable. A simple method by adding sulfamic acid and heating to boiling for 10 minutes to eliminate the interference originating from nitrogen oxides on arsenic determination is described in this paper.
