SB粉分解铝酸钠溶液制备拟薄水铝石机理的初步研究

摘要
运用ICP-OES、XRD、TEM和N_2吸附-脱附等测试方法和表征手段,研究了以SB粉为晶种,从铝酸钠溶液析出单相拟薄水铝石的条件及其对分解产物性质的影响。研究表明,铝酸钠溶液在373 K下水热分解16 h以上,或在398 K下水热分解3 h以上,均可以得到拟薄水铝石;常压回流时因伴有三水铝石、诺水铝石和一水硬铝石等副产物的析出,不适合用做铝酸钠溶液晶种分解制备拟薄水铝石的条件。水热条件下拟薄水铝石的析出是一个动力学抑制过程,表现为快速析出阶段、类表观析出平衡阶段和缓慢析出阶段共三个阶段,还讨论了强化拟薄水铝石高效析出的措施。
Precipitation conditions of single-phase pseudoboehmite from supersaturated sodium aluminate(SA) solution and effects of them on properties of precipitated products with SB pseudoboehmite seed were studied by ICP-OES,XRD,TEM and N_2 adsorption.It was found that single-phase pseudoboehmite can be obtained under hydrothermal conditions at 373 K over 16 hours or at 398 K less than 3 hours.However,the SB seeded precipitation under circulation reflux at approximate 0.1MPa was not suitable for preparing pseudoboehmite because of by-products formation,such as gibbsite,nordstrandite,diaspore,etc.The pseudoboehmite hydrothermal precipitation is a dynamic inhibited process which approximately consists of three stages,namely a fast precipitation stage,an analogously apparent equilibrium stage and a slow precipitation stage.The intensified measures to precipitate pseudoboehmite efficiently were also discussed.
