基于车身控制器信号自动化测试方法的研究与应用

摘要
现阶段国内对于车身控制器的测试还停留在人工测试的水平上,存在效率低、误差大、测试周期长的缺点。笔者结合工作多年的经验提出将程控直流稳压电源、可触摸液晶显示屏、电源板卡、信号激励板卡、模拟板卡、信号采集板卡、测试主机、信号测试设备集成于一个网络机柜中进行统一控制,通过人机交互界面、测试用例库、VT系统模块及底层控制用例库准确、高效地对车身控制器所有功能信号逐一测试,仿真车身控制器各工况下的输入信号,对其输出信号进行诊断服务测试,模拟输出负载,采集输出电压、电流。以其自动化、智能化的测试手段降低了车身控制器测试复杂度及测试工程师工作量,具有成本低、精度高、误差小、测试范围广、周期短、软件移植性好的优点,其技术难度高,属国内首创,国际领先,已成功应用一汽集团H平台、A级车项目,取得了巨大的经济效益。
At the present stage,the testing of the vehicle body controller still remains on the level of manual test,which has the disadvantages of low efficiency,large error and long testing period.The author according to the years of work experience the programcontrolled DC regulated power supply,can touch liquid crystal display screen,a power board,signal incentive card,analog boards,signal acquisition card,the host test,signal measuring device integrated in a network cabinet of centralized control and the case library accurately and efficiently to the vehicle body controller all the features of the signal tested one by one,the simulation of the vehicle body controller under different conditions of the input signal and the output signal of diagnostic testing services through man- machine interface,the test case library,VT system module and underlying control,analog output load,collecting the output voltage and current is proposed.By means of the automation and intelligence of the test reduces the body test controller complexity and test engineer workload,has low cost,high precision,small error,test range is wide,short cycle,software porting the advantages,and its technical difficulty is high,is a domestic initiative,the international leading,has been successfully used FAW Group H platform,the A-class car project,has achieved great economic benefits。
