本文对国内某钢厂Q345钢的两炉试验精炼、连铸进行取样,分析了LF精炼渣和中间包覆盖剂成分、钢中氧氮含量变化以及夹杂物成分、尺寸、数量的变化,并探讨了钙处理对于钢液洁净度的影响。结果表明高碱度精炼渣和喂钙处理均可以将高熔点的Al_2O_3-MgO夹杂物转变为低熔点的Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO复合夹杂物。但不恰当的喂钙操作使得钢中总氧上升约9×10~(-6),降低了钢液洁净度。适当的喂钙量理论计算值为5×10~(-6)-17×10~(-6)。而中间包吸气、耐火材料和覆盖剂造成的二次氧化则减弱了钙处理的改性效果。
Steel and slag samples during refining and casting of two heats of Q345 steel were taken.Compositions of slags during LF refining and tundish fluxes during casting were analyzed.The variation of total oxygen and nitrogen content in steel were investigated as well as the evolution of composition,size and number density of inclusions.in steel at different steps to discuss the effect of calcium treatment on the cleanliness of Q345 steel.It shows that high-melting-point Al_2O_3-MgO inclusions can be modified to low-melting-point Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO complex inclusions by high basic refining slag or adding calcium.However,the increasement of total oxygen content caused by improper operations during calcium treatment was about 9><10"6,which worsened the cleanliness of steel.Theoretical value of suitable calcium addition is 5×10~(-6)-17×10~(-6).Reoxidation during casting caused by gas absorption,refractory or Tundish fluxes would weaken modification effect of calcium treatment.
