基于CFD的离心风机优化设计及降噪研究

摘要
以我司某中压前向离心风机为研究对象,对风机进行CFD数值模拟仿真,计算气动性能、流场分析和气动噪音计算。计算值和实测值基本吻合,研究表明,CFD仿真在一定程度上可以代替样机试验。在此基础上,提出优化方案,优化后的风机效率提高了18.7%,大幅度的加宽了风机运行高效区,气动噪声降低了7.9d B。
Taking our company a forward medium- pressure centrifugal fan as research object, calculate the fan aerodynamics performance, flow field analysis and Noise calculation base on CFD. Validation the calculated result with test report, the research show CFD analysis can take place of prototype testing to some extent. And then, Propose the optimization scheme based on the previous analysis. The optimized model' efficiency enhanced 18.7%, broaden the high performance operation zone widely, and the aerodynamic noise level reduced 7.9dB.
