含聚乙烯醇的氧化铝料浆流变性能研究

摘要
采用流变学的方法在AR2000型流变仪上研究了含聚乙烯醇(PVA)胶黏剂的氧化铝料浆流变性能。重点研究了固相体积分数、粉体粒径对料浆流变性的影响,以及料浆流变性能对微球涂覆量的影响。结果表明:含聚乙烯醇(PVA)黏结剂的水基氧化铝料浆在低剪切速率下表现为"剪切变稀",在高剪切速率下表现为"剪切增稠".并且随着料浆固相体积分数的提高,由"剪切变稀"到"剪切增稠"的临界剪切速率减小。聚苯乙烯微球表面料浆涂覆量与料浆黏度有关,随着氧化铝料浆黏度的增大,微球表面的涂覆量增加。并首次拟合了微球涂覆量与料浆黏度之间的函数关系,为多孔材料孔隙的可设计性提供了理论依据。
The rheological properties of alumina suspensions with PVA adhesive was examined by means of AR2000 rheometer with rheological method.The effects of the solid loading and the particle size of Al_2O_3 on the rheological properties were studied chiefly.It is found that Al_2O_3 water suspensions with PVA binder shows "shear thinning" behavior in lower shear rate,and "shear thickening" in higher shear rate.The critical shear rate of "shear thickening" is increased with the decrease of the solid loading clearly in suspension.The coating content of the PS spheres is related to the viscosity of Al_2O_3 suspensions.The relationship between them was proposed at the first lime which could be used to design of the porosity of this type material.
