摘要
对含铜废镁砖的综合利用工艺和最佳工艺条件进行研究。先经硫酸酸浸脱镁,在液固比为15:1、初始酸度为120 g/L、浸出时间为2.0 h、反应温度为常温、粒径为100目的条件下,MgO的浸出率达到96.9%;含铜浸出液再用铁粉置换回收铜;废镁砖经过上述工艺处理后得到的铜富集达到了铜精矿行业标准(YS/T 318-2007),铜富集物中铜和氧化镁含量分别为32.28%和1.07%,铜的回收率为99.7%;采用石灰中和法处理废酸液,废水达到铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准(GB 25467-2010)。本工艺以废治废,实现了含铜废镁砖中有价资源的综合回收利用。
A comprehensive utilization process of copper-containing waste magnesia brick was proposed,and the optimum conditions of process were investigated.The leaching rate of magnesium oxide is 96.9% after sulfuric acid leaching when the liquid-solid ratio is 15.0,initial acidity is 120 g/L,reaction temperature is room temperature,leaching time is 120 min,and particle size is 100 mesh;Copper ions in leaching solution are replaced and recycled by iron filing;Copper enrichment product is obtained and it reach the copper concentrate industry standards(YS/T 318-2007) after above treatment processes from waste magnesia brick,the concentration of copper and magnesium oxide in copper enrichment are 32.28% and 1.07%,and the recovery rate of Cu is 99.7%;Finally,the waste acid solution was processed by lime neutralization method,waste water is up to emission standard of pollutants for copper,nickel,cobalt industry(GB 25467-2010).This process synthetically recovers valuable resource from copper-containing waste magnesia brick by treating waste with wastes.
