氧化铝对Pd/CZLA催化氧化甲醇性能的影响

摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备一系列不同Al_2O_3含量的Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2-La_2O_3-Al_2O_3催化剂。分别运用N2吸脱附、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等方法对催化剂进行表征,并考察其对甲醇的催化氧化性能。结果表明,添加Al_2O_3可改善催化剂的织构性能和还原性能,同时调变催化剂活性中心的种类,进而提高甲醇的催化氧化活性[1-3]。活性测试结果显示,当Al_2O_3含量为70%时,T50、T90以及ΔT分别为125℃,153℃和28℃,具有较好的应用前景。
Pd/CeO_2-ZrO_2-La_2O_3-Al_2O_3 catalysts with different content of aluminum were prepared by the impregnation method.And the catalytic activities of these catalysts for the oxidation of methanol were investigated.The results of catalytic activity indicate that the presence of Al_2O_3 significantly improves catalytic performance for methanol oxidation.And the higher content of Al_2O_3,the better activity of methanol catalytic oxidation.
