不同用量赤泥和油菜秸秆配施对烟草镉含量的影响

摘要
为降低烟叶Cd含量,提高烟叶品质,通过两个地点田间试验研究土壤中配施不同用量赤泥和油菜秸秆对土壤和烟草Cd含量的影响。结果表明:在高Cd含量土壤中,7500 kg hm~(-2)赤泥粉和3000 kg hm~(-2)油菜秸秆组合配施效果最好,烟叶Cd消减率达到40%;而低Cd含量土壤中,采用赤泥粉和油菜秸秆施加量均为3000 kg hm~(-2)组合配施效果最好,烟叶Cd消减率达到21%。与对照相比,钝化剂对土壤Cd全量无显著影响,但显著降低土壤有效态Cd含量,而烟草Cd含量与土壤有效态Cd含量呈显著正相关。因此,赤泥和油菜秸秆复合可有效降低土壤和烟叶的Cd污染。1
To reduce Cd phytoavailability in soils and its accumulation in tobacco, red mud(a kind of inorganic passivation agent) and rape straw(a kind of organic passivation agent) were added into two soils with high and low Cd contents(in Luoping of Yunnan and Zhucheng of Shandong, respectively) under different combination. The results show that compared with CK, the combination of 10500 kg hm~(-2) of red mud and 1500 kg hm~(-2) of rape straw decreases Cd bioaccumulation in tobacco by 40% in Luoping, while the combination of 3000 kg hm~(-2) of red mud and rape straw reduces Cd bioaccumulation in tobacco by 21% in Zhucheng. It proves that rape straw plus red mud is an efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly measure to decrease Cd contamination in soil and tobacco.
