喷水消声器降温减噪影响因素数值研究

摘要
船用柴油机在工作过程中会造成大量排气噪声,过高的排气噪声会严重影响船舶的舒适性,通常在船用柴油机排气管路上安装排气消声器用以消减柴油机排气噪声。降低柴油机排气温度有助于实现船舶红外隐身。针对如何降低柴油机排气温度的同时大幅降低柴油机排气噪声,本文设计并研究喷水消声柴油机排气系统。喷水降温消声器是喷水消声柴油机排气系统重要组成部分,本文所设计喷水降温消声器以阻抗复合式消声器为载体,内部加装喷嘴,向喷水降温消声器内部喷射高压冷却水水雾以降低排气温度;根据喷水消声柴油机排气系统工作特性设计控制系统,以保证排气系统安全稳定运行。
Marine diesel engine causes a lot of exhaust noise when it is operating. Excessive exhaust noise can affect the comfort of the ship seriously. Exhaust muffler is usually installed in marine diesel exhaust piping to decrease exhaust noise. Reducing exhaust temperature is conducive to achieve infrared stealth. In order to reduce diesel exhaust temperature and exhaust noise at the same time, this paper design water spraying acoustical exhaust system. Water spraying muffler is an important part of water spraying acoustical exhaust system. The water spraying muffler is designed on conventional muffler. There are nozzles installed in water spraying muffler. High-handed water is injected to reduce the exhaust temperature. This paper design control system to ensure the water spraying acoustical exhaust system operating safely and stably.
