轨道交通安全门系统传动机构的支撑方案研究

摘要
安全门系统APG是建于高架站地铁列车轨道和乘客站台间的安全屏障(特殊情况也可建于地下站的范围之内),用于保证行人、行车安全和地铁的正常运营。目前,运营APG普遍采用直线导轨的传动辅助支撑方式,此方式存在运行噪声大,门体运行故障率高,加工成本较高的问题。为了保证安全门运营的稳定性,需要定期的检查润滑环境,通过对直线导轨进行润滑润滑,才能保证正常运行,而定期润滑大大增加了运营人员的工作负荷。为了优化该支撑方案,本文针对相关材质及支撑方式进行改进,在保证力学性能的基础上,以降低噪音,减少摩擦,降低故障率,降低成本为目的,合理的选择了材质,改变了以往的支撑方式,使支撑结构得到更好的提升,有效地降低人工成本,更好的适应市场需求
Platform screen door APG is built in between elevated subway trains and passenger platform as security barrier(may also be built in within the scope of the underground station in special circumstances),to ensure pedestrian and traffic safety and subway normal operation.At present,the operation of APG commonly used linear guide rail as support structure,this way has the downside of the noise of running,the door body running with high failure rate,high processing cost.In order to ensure the stability of the safety door operation,Operators need to check the lubrication environment regularly,the grease on the linear guide,to ensure the normal operation,and regular lubrication greatly increases work load of operators.In order to optimize the support scheme,it is improved in the relevant material and support,while ensuring the mechanical properties.to reduce the noise,the friction,the failure rate,and the cost,it made sure that the support structure had better promotion in changing the way past the support,the choice of proper material,reduced labor cost,and better adapted to the market demand.
