50tEBT+LF+VD+连铸开发高等级ZF系列齿轮钢工艺技术研究

摘要
采用50t电炉-LF-VD-235mm×265mm中方坯连铸机开发高等级ZF系列汽车齿轮用钢。化学成分实行窄带严格控制,氧含量控制在≤12×10~(-6),连铸过程控制过热度在≤20℃,投入结晶器电磁搅拌、末端电磁搅拌等技术。检验结果:统计的25炉成品ZF系列汽车齿轮用钢平均氧含量为10×10~(-6),晶粒度为7级,各项物理性能均达到高等级ZF系列汽车齿轮用钢要求。
Controlling technology on high-class ZF series gear steel produced by 50 t EBT-LF-VD-235mm×265mm rectangular billet concasting process was adopted.Chemical composition was strictly controlled,the oxygen content was no more than 12×10~(-6).the superheat temperature was no more than 20℃ during concasting process.MEMS,and FEMS technology were invested.The result show that:the average oxygen content of statistic 25 furnaces finished gear steel was 10×10~(-6).the grain size was grade 7,and the requirements of high-class ZF series gear steel were met at all the physical properties.
