炉内换热器管道气体绕流风吹声特性研究

摘要
炉管泄漏在运动过程中经过换热器管道,由于绕流所形成的次级辐射声会大大影响声场的声辐射特征。本文应用Fluent流体仿真软件,模拟炉内高温环境,基于二维大涡模拟分析管道周围非定常湍流流场,建立基于Lighthill声类比理论的气动噪声数值分析模型,利用涡声理论以及FW-H方程积分外推法求解声场。主要研究了管道绕流风吹声的流场以及声场特性。分析数值仿真结果表明:管道绕流在涡脱落频率下产生的噪声最大;平行于流向上的声辐射效应远大于垂直于流向;管道绕流声辐射具有一定的对称性;管道绕流声场的声辐射指向性呈现出类似声偶极子的辐射特性。
In the process of flow, the flow around the tube induce the secondary radiation which will greatly affect the sound radiation characteristics of sound field. The application of Fluent(fluid simulation software) is to research the flow field and the aerodynamic noise around heat exchanger tube.The hybrid method based on large eddy simulation and acoustic analogy is used to predict two-dimensional far field noise induced by flow around a cylinder at lagre Reynolds number. Based on the prediction results, the characteristic of the acoustic field, the effect of flow oscillation on noise levels and the noise radiation are studied. The results validate that the oscillation law of the flow has influence on the sound pressure level; the noise radiation in the flow direction is lager than the noise radiation in the direction Perpendicular to the flow; the symmetrical characteristic of the noise radiation is obviously; the noise radiation directivity is similar to the radiation directivity of a dipole source.
