溴氰菊酯在团头鲂体内的富集消除规律研究

摘要
18±0.5℃的水温下,以团头鲂对溴氰菊酯的最大耐受剂量(5μg/L)进行药浴,利用气相色谱法测定团头鲂各组织包括血液、肝脏、肌肉、皮肤、鳃、胆及水体中的药物残留,研究了溴氰菊酯在团头鲂体内的富集及消除规律,为水环境残留及水产品的质量安全问题提供理论依据。结果表明,溴氰菊酯在团头鲂各组织中富集的浓度从高到底依次为鳃>血浆>肝脏>皮肤>肌肉>胆;血浆中的峰值浓度C_(max)为75.96μg/L,达峰时间为7.05 h,药-时曲线下面积AUC为1524.69μg.h/L;肝脏、肌肉、皮肤、鳃、血浆及胆对溴氰菊酯的消除半衰期T1/2分别为19.25 d、13.75 d、12.03 d、7.04 d、0.625 d、0.35 d。高浓度的溴氰菊酯在水体和团头鲂体内的消除均较快,分别在4 h和108 h后降至0.355μg/L和8.87±4.76μg/kg(肝脏)的水平,而低浓度则维持较长的时间。
The accumulation and elimination rules of deltamethrin in blood, gill, muscle, skin,liver and bravery of Megalobrama amblycephala were studied, which can intended to provide theoretic foundation to the residual problems in water environment and the quality security of the aquatic products. After splashing the deltamethrin in whole net cages at the maximum tolerated dose of5.0 μg/L,we collected the tissues including the blood, liver, muscle, skin, gill, bravery and water at18±0.5 ℃ water temperature. The residue of deltamethrin in tissues and water were detected by the gas chromatography. The results showed that the deltamethrin could be accumulated by the tissues but the enrichment capacity of each tissue was different, the concentration levels of deltamethrin in tissues from high to low were the gill, blood, liver, skin, muscle and bravery.The C_(max) of blood could reach to 75.96 μg/kg, the Tmax was 7.05 h and AUC was 1524.69 μg?h/L.The elimination half-lives T1/2 were 19.25 d(in liver),13.75 d(in muscle),12.03 d(in skin),7.04 d(in gill),0.625 d(in blood),0.35 d(in bravery). The high concentrations of deltamethrin in water and the tissues of the Megalobrama amblycephala eliminated fast, which can dropped down to the lower level(0.355 μg/L and 0.61±0.42 — 8.87±4.76 μg/kg) after 4 h and 108 h respectively, but maintained it for longer period in low level.
