摘要
介绍聚氨酯弹性体设备领域的技术发展,包括设备的自动化水平提高、模块式集成化设计技术、电磁加热技术在设备上的应用、闭环控制导热油加热系统在设备上的应用、多组分弹性体设备引用插装滑阀技术、计量系统优化设计技术。指出了当前存在的问题并提出建议,展望未来几年的发展趋势。
This paper introduces some advancements on polyurethane(PU) elastomer equipment,including improvement of equipment automation,technologies of modular integrated design,applications of electromagnetic heating technology and of closed-loop control system of conduction oil on it.In addition,it tells about multiple components elastomer equipment uses tech cartridge slide valve and the technology on optimized design of dosing system.Then it ends with some existing problems and the solutions as well as the growing trend in future.
