摘要
蜡梅[Chinonanthus praecox(L.)Link]是蜡梅科蜡梅属落叶灌木,我国原产的名贵花木和经济树种之一,栽培历史悠久,具有较大的经济与观赏价值,深受广大人民喜爱。根据实验结果将蜡梅的花芽分化过程划分为花被片原基形成期、雄蕊原基形成期、雌蕊原基形成期、花芽分化完成期4个时期。改进常规石蜡切片法,观察到花被片原基在5月初形成,雄蕊原基在5月中旬形成,雌蕊原基在5月底形成,10月初花芽分化时期全部完成,花期是11月到翌年3月。
Wintersweet(Chimonanthus praecox)is a deciduous shrub of Chimonanthus Calycanthaceae,owing to one of rare and economic species originating form China,having a long history of cultivation,loved by the majority of the people with greater economic and ornamental value.According to the experimental results,the wintersweet flower bud differentiation is divisied as four periods,perianth primordia formation stage,stamen primordium formation stage,pistil primordium formation stage,flower bud differentiation completed stage.Improved routine paraffin section method,observed tepal primordia formation at the beginning of May,stamen primordium formation in mid-may,pistil primordium formation,in the end of may in early October completed during the period of flower bud differentiation,flowering is November to next march.
