阿拉伯联合酋长国油气工业发展现状及前景展望

摘要
阿拉伯联合酋长国(简称阿联酋)油气资源丰富,是中国前十大原油进口来源国之一,是中国政府构建"一带一路"战略中能源合作的关键节点,为了系统地了解和认识阿联酋的油气产业,推进中阿油气合作,归纳分析了阿联酋油气产业发展历程中的多项历史统计数据、油田勘探开发现状、管理体制与政策和中阿油气合作现状。阿联酋部分油田已开始利用注水、注气、注CO2混相驱等方式进行开发,提高采收率技术逐渐成为了关注的热点,当前阿联酋正在从技术合作、吸引外资等多个方面寻求油气增产的途径。中国石油企业应密切关注阿联酋的油气行业信息,积极把握机遇,不断深化与阿联酋的能源合作。
Rich in oil and gas resources, UAE is one of the China′s ten top crude oil importing countries. It is also the key node of energy cooperation made by Chinese government in "one Belt and one Road" strategy. In order to understand the UAE′s oil and gas industry systematically and to promote bilateral cooperation in oil and gas, a number of historical data from UAE′s oil and gas industry history, the status of oil exploration and development,management system and policy, and the present situation of bilateral cooperation in oil and gas have been induced and analysed. Some of oilfields in UAE have adopted water injection, gas injection and carbon dioxide miscible flooding to enhance the oil recovery, which has gradually become the focus of attention. At present, the UAE is seeking ways to increase oil and gas production from many aspects, such as technical cooperation, attracting foreign investment and so on. Chinese oil companies should pay close attention to the UAE′s oil and gas industry information, and actively seize the opportunity to deepen the energy cooperation continuously with the UAE.
