摘要
在鱼类生物学和遗传学研究的过程中,为了研究鱼类体重相关的生物学现象和遗传学机制,通常需要对实验样本按照体重大小进行生物学分组。而在实际采样过程中,称取样本的体重和采集所需组织样本往往需要同时进行,如果在采样工作结束之后才发现未达到统计学分组的条件,势必需要再次进行采样补充样品,那无疑会对鱼类产生不必要的伤害、增加劳动强度和产生不确定性。为解决上述存在的实际问题,有针对性的开发了一种在采样的同时自动判断是否完成生物学有效性分组的软件,此外还可以记录储存称量信息、生成分组的统计报告等实用功能。

To solve the practical problems existed above, a software automatically grouping accrording to weight in fish was developed,which store weighing information and generate group statistics report.
