含有8-羟基喹啉的温敏性聚合物稳定的pH敏感的荧光银纳米团簇的制备

摘要
我们利用含有8-羟基喹啉(MQ)配体的聚异丙基丙烯酰胺聚合物P(NIPAm-co-MQ)为稳定剂,在水溶液中合成出了发光波长在520 nm,尺寸在2nm左右的温敏性银纳米团簇。其荧光来源于配体与银纳米颗粒间的电子转移。由于温度导致的相转变,使其展现出聚集诱导荧光增强的特性。这种纳米团簇在低pH值的溶液中由于聚集成大的纳米颗粒而使荧光减弱。利用其pH敏感性,我们构建了一种具有良好灵敏度pH荧光传感器。
This paper described a facile route for fabricating silver nanoclusters around 2nm decorated with temperature-responsive copolymer ligand(CPL) contains Nisopropylacrylamide(NIPAm) and 5-(2-methacryloylethyloxymethyl)-8-quinolinol(MQ)P(NIPAm-co-MQ) in aqueous solution. The fluorescent Ag NCs with maximum emission at 520 nm is caused by N-to-silver charge transfer. The aggregation-induced reversible emission enhancement was observed owing to tempreture-induced volume phase transition. An fluorescence pH sensor was build base on the sensitive pH-dependent PL properties result from aggregation of silver nanoclusters to form larger silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs).
