含环硫单元的大分子配体功能化的多功能荧光金纳米团簇的制备、光学性质和催化应用

摘要
利用具有环硫基团的甲基丙烯酸环硫丙酯(ETMA)和具有热敏性质的异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)单体的无规共聚,合成了一种新型的热敏性大分子配体(S-CPL)。以S-CPL为配体,通过不同的方法原位(in-situ)还原制得了金纳米微粒Au@S-CPL。其中,碱还原法可获得粒径小于2 nm的荧光金纳米团簇。所得到的金纳米团簇Au@S-CPL可以进一步应用于对硝基苯酚的催化还原研究,结果表明,表面存在Au~(3+)的金纳米团簇对NaB H4还原硝基苯酚的反应体系表现出良好的催化活性。并且S-CPL的热敏性还使金纳米团簇的催化活性具有热"开关"可控性。
A novel random copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-2,3-epithiopropyl methacrylate)P(NIPAM-co-ETMA)(S-CPL) containing NIPAM units and bearing an episulfide moiety was prepared as thermo-responsive polymer ligand,which was further employed as scaffolds to in-situ prepare gold nanoparticles.The multifunctional fluorescent properties of gold nanoclusters with the diameter less than 2 nm was obtained via a alkaline induced reduction of Au~(3+).These nanoclusters capped with Au~+ on the surface were able to efficiently catalyze the reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol by NaBH_4 in an aqueous environment.As the S-CPL has the sensitive thermally triggered response,the catalytic activity can be controlled by thermo-switching.
