夹芯材料在风电叶片上的应用研究

摘要
侧重于材料的实际应用性能测试,选择不同的夹芯材料,从材料本体性能、夹层板力学性能、材料的工艺性、吸树脂量等工艺性能等几个方面进行测试和研究,分析了夹芯材料的力学性能和工艺性能,讨论了芯材性能的影响原因和性能测试的关键点及其在风力机叶片制造过程中的实际应用,为芯材的选择和评估提供一定的参考依据。
This paper focused on the testing of the materials' practical application properties.Different core materials were selected,tested and investigated in terms of their general properties,the mechanical properties of their sandwich panels,the processing properties and the resin absorption.The mechanical and processing properties of the core materials were analyzed,and the influencing factors for the core materials properties,the key points of their performance testing and their practical application in manufacturing wind blades were discussed.Therefore,it could provide some references for selection and evaluation of the core materials.
