含氮螯合树脂对复杂水体中铜的去除

摘要
以M4195含氮螯合树脂为吸附剂,考察了不同酸度、盐度和螯合剂条件下其对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。实验结果表明,可以通过调节酸度来促进Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附。在Cu(Ⅱ)的单组分溶液中,酸度增加对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附具有明显的促进效果,pH为5时,Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量为0.82 mmol/g;pH为1时,Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量增加到0.93 mmol/g。由于络合作用,螯合剂EDTA的引入会强烈抑制Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附,Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量在pH为5时降低至0.24 mmol/g。由于静电屏蔽效应和桥联作用,NaCl和柠檬酸的存在对于Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附过程有较弱的促进效果,且该效果随酸增加而逐渐减弱,Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附量都保持在0.90 mmol/g左右。可见,M4195含氮螯合树脂可应用于复杂水体中铜离子的高效去除和分离回收。
