The intrinsic characteristic of the target in water is that the object in the water can be detected and tested by modern scientific equipment. The ocean acoustics law is the scientific theoretical foundation for all marine acoustic activities, on the basis of this, the continuation can be carried out thick with leaves and deep-rooted signal processing method. Adaptive line enhancer(ALE) through self-learning of the environment, the parameters of the system of self adjustment, when the signal spectrum changes, the frequency response of the filter can automatically track the changes, so as to enhance the sinusoidal signal spectrum to. This paper presents a linear enhancer underwater target detection using dynamic information processing method based on the target, the simulation results prove its superiority.
