摘要
资源配置是企业运行的宝贵"血液",优化资源配置,提高行业效率,对充分发挥行业潜力,保证行业健康持续发展有积极作用,本文通过对烟草行业帕累托最优状态以及帕累托改进余的描述,分析为何要提高行业资源配置效率,并为提升行业资源配置水平提供意见和建议。
