摘要

目的:探讨前列腺经尿道等离双极电切术对治疗高危前列腺增生患者术后生活质量的影响。方法:选取在我院进行治疗的高危前列腺增生患者84例,按随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用前列腺电切术治疗,观察组给予前列腺经尿道等离双极电切术治疗,比较两组国际前列腺症状评分标准(IPSS)、生活质量(QOL)评分及并发症情况。结果:与对照组治疗后比较,观察组IPSS及QOL评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组明显降低,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予高危前列腺增生患者前列腺经尿道等离双极电切术可减轻患者临床症状,减少术后并发症,改善术后生活质量,促进患者恢复。
Objective:to evaluate the transurethral resection of the prostate,etc from the bipolar electric cut method for treating postoperative quality of life of patients with high-risk prostate hyperplasia.Methods:in our hospital for treatment of 84 cases of high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate,according to the indicator method is divided into two groups at random,all the 42 cases.Control group used for the treatment of prostate electricity cut,observation group was given from such as transurethral resection of the prostate for the treatment of bipolar cutting,compared two groups of international prostate symptom score(IPSS) standard,quality of life(QOL) score and complications.Result:compared with control group after treatment,IPSS,QOL score observation group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05):The complication rate of observation group than the control group significantly decreased,there was no statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion for high risk patients with hyperplasia of prostate transurethral resection of the prostate,etc from a bipolar electric cut method can reduce the patients' "clinical symptoms and reduce postoperative complications and improve the postoperative quality of life,promote patients recover.
