中西太平洋沙氏刺鲅生物学与环境偏好初步研究

摘要
本研究根据2012年7-11月,在中西太平洋延绳钓作业渔场所采集的沙氏刺鲅数据,对其生物学特性和环境偏好进行了初步研究。结果表明:(1)叉长范围为59.0~169.0cm,平均叉长为111.3±1.3cm,优势叉长组为100.0~130.0cm和90.0~130.0cm。雌雄个体叉长无显著性差异(ANOVA,P>0.05)。(2)经幂函数拟合,体重与叉长关系为TW=1*10-6FL3.339。(3)雌雄比例为0.85:1,经二项分布检验,雌雄性比与1:1产生显著变化,叉长大于150.0cm时,全为雌性个体。(4)雌、雄性初次性成熟叉长(FL50%)分别估计为83.98cm,82.93cm。性腺发育以Ⅲ期为主(45.5%),达到性成熟个体中,47.6%的个体发育至Ⅳ期以上。(5)各月份性腺指数随月份增加而增加,雄性增加速度相对缓慢。(6)摄食种类主要为鱼类(86.50%),头足类(13.32%),甲壳类(0.17%)。不同叉长组摄食等级存在显著性差异(χ~2=1666.160,P<0.001)。(7)沙氏刺鲅偏好的水层和温度范围分别为70.0~110.0m,23.0~24.0℃。
The biological characters of wahoo, Acanthocybium solandri, were studied based on the long-line catches in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean from July to November 2012. The results are shown as follows:(1)The fork length(FL) ranged from 59.0 to 169.0cm with an average of 111.3cm,and two dominant groups were found at 100.0 ~130.0cm and 90.0~130.0cm.Body size did not differ greatly between female and male.(2)The relationship between TW and FL were TW=1*10-6FL3.339.(3)The sex ratio was 0.85:1,and differed between female and male.There were all female when FL was over 150 cm.(4)The length at 50% maturity(FL50%) were estimated to be83.98 cm and 82.93 cm.Gonad samples were at stage Ⅲ(45.5%) and 47.6% of individuals at greater FL had achieved stage Ⅳ- Ⅴ.(5)Gonad somatic Index(GSI) of female and male had increase with month increase, but increase of male was slower than female.(6)Based on the stomach content analysis, we found that Acanthocybium solandri mainly preyed on fish(86.50%),cephalopods(13.32%) and crustaceans(0.17%).Significant differences in feeding levels were found between FL groups(χ~2=1666.160,P<0.001).(7)The optimal swimming depth and water temperature of Acanthocybium solandri were found to be 70.0~110.0m,23.0~24.0℃.
