DBU/半纤维素催化CO_2与环氧化物合成环状碳酸酯的研究

摘要
由二氧化碳与环氧化合物合成环状碳酸酯是人们研究的一个热点,其合成效率很大程度上依赖于绿色、高效催化剂的发展。木质纤维素等生物质资源的储量丰富,来源广泛,可再生,可降解。其中,半纤维素是木质纤维素中的主要组分之一,对其开发与利用正逐渐引起研究人员的重视。本文研究了DBU/半纤维素二元催化体系催化二氧化碳和环氧化物的偶联反应,同时考察了催化剂的组成、时间、温度以及压强对反应的影响。此外,探究了催化剂的再生性、适用性以及反应机理。结果表明,在最佳的反应条件下(DBU/半纤维素=5:1,2MPa,4h,120℃),碳酸丙烯酯的产率达到94%。半纤维素分子中的羟基和DBU的协同作用促进了环加成反应。
The synthesis of cyclic carbonate from CO_2 and epoxides is a hot research topic,and the synthesis efficiency is largely dependent on developing green and efficient catalysts.Lignocellulose is an abundant,widely available,renewable and degradable resources.Hemicellulose,as one of the major components of lignocellulose,has drawn the attention of researchers increasingly in exploiting and utilizing.Here,a binary catalyst system of DBU and hemicellulose was developed for the coupling reaction of CO_2 and epoxides.The effects of catalyst composition,time,temperature and pressure on the reaction were studied.In addition,the regeneration and applicability of catalyst,and the mechanism of reaction were investigated.The results implied that the propylene carbonate yield was 94%under optimal reaction conditions(DBU:hemicellulose=1:5,2MPa,4h,120℃).The synergetic effect between the hydroxyl groups of hemicellulose molecule and DBU could accelerate the cycloaddition reaction.
