摘要

现代烟草农业建设是原料保障上水平的根本保证。作为提升现代烟草农业建设水平的重要平台,工商合作共建烟叶基地单元过程中,工业思维的应用广泛。本文通过具体实例,从提出目标需求、深度跟踪参与和精益管理改进等三个方面介绍工业思维在烟叶基地单元建设中的具体应用情况。
Modern tobacco agriculture construction is the fundamental guarantee for better raw material support. Cooperation between industry and commerce in tobacco leaf base construction is an important platform to gain more achievements in modern tobacco agriculture. Application of industrial thinking is wide in this field. The paper will mainly introduce how industrial thinking is concretely applied in base construction from three aspects: goal proposal, deep participation and lean management.
