摘要
芥子气曾被称为"毒剂之王",在第一次世界大战和两伊战争中被使用过。在应对由于芥子气伤害而引起的化学应急事件时,对其进行快速、准确、可靠的检测是一切救援行动的关键。芥子气可与谷胱甘肽或半胱氨酸结合后经β-裂解酶裂解生成无毒的代谢物,如1,1′-磺酰基二(2-甲巯基)乙烷(SBMTE)、1,1′-磺酰基二(2-甲磺酰基)乙烷(SBMSE)、1-甲基亚磺酰基-2-(2-甲巯基乙基磺酰基)乙烷(MSBMTE)、1,1′-磺酰基-双[2-S-(N-乙酰半胱氨酸基)]乙烷(SBSANE)等,是检测芥子气染毒的重要标志物。本文利用极其简便、高效的方法合成了其重要生物标志物之一1,1′-磺酰基二(2-甲巯基)乙烷(SBMTE)(Fig.1)~([1,2])。
The use of bis(2-choroethyl)sulfide(sulfur mustard, SM) as a chemical warfare agent(CWA) was frequently encountered in the First World War and, more recently, in the Iran-Iraq war. The degradation of sulfur mustard in the environment and in biological systems is complex. 1,l'-Sulphonylbis(2-methythio)ethane has been synthesized for use as biomarker for the analysis in sulfur mustard injury.
