Fairness is very important for the most of individuals. Human beings tend to feel negative emotion when they experience unfairness. This link between unfair and negative emotions(such as anger, disgust) is can be understood, because fairness can be seen as a manifestation of human relationships, while negative emotions(such as anger, disgust) is also considered as interpersonal emotions. In the ultimatum game unfair situations, individuals tend to make irrational decisions which are not in accordance with rational assumptions. Emotion can be one of the reason why people made this kind of irrational decision-making. In this study, we checked if negative emotions can be evoked by ultimatum game in college students. In experimentⅠ, we set unfair situation in ultimatum game, we asked the subjective report their experience and record the physiological arousal index. Compared with baseline, we confirmed that the ultimatum game unfair situations can evoke negative emotions of individuals. 22 college students participated in the study. Through this experimental results showed that: the ultimatum game unfair situations effectively cause negative emotions in our college students, physiological arousal and subjective experience have shown significant emotion evoked. Compared to the baseline, subjective experience and physiological indicators such as positive emotions, negative emotions, skin conductance and heart rate are significantly different.
