土壤湿度对宽体金线蛭繁殖性能的影响

摘要
为探明土壤湿度对宽体金线蛭(Whitmania pigra)繁殖性能(亲蛭成活率、产茧数、卵茧规格、卵茧孵化率及孵化数)的影响,本实验将体质量15.0g并具有生殖环带的宽体金线蛭放养到30%、40%、50%、60%和70%等5个土壤湿度的聚乙烯塑料箱中,观察其繁殖及卵茧孵化情况。30d的繁殖实验结果表明,不同土壤湿度中亲蛭成活率和产茧数存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而卵茧规格无显著性差异(P>0.05)。其中土壤湿度60%和70%时,亲蛭成活率和产茧数最高;土壤湿度30%时,亲蛭成活率和产茧数最低。15d的孵化实验结果表明,土壤湿度对宽体金线蛭的卵茧孵化率及孵化数产生显著性影响(P<0.05),土壤湿度50%、60%和70%时,卵茧孵化率最高,土壤湿度60%时,卵茧孵化数最高。建议在宽体金线蛭繁殖和卵茧孵化期间,土壤湿度应保持在60%~70%。
In order to investigate the effects of soil water content on reproduction of the leech(Whitmania pigra), the artificial breeding and cocoons hatching were studied. The spawn of sexually mature leeches with clitellum used in this experiment weighed 15 g, and were stocked into polyethylene plastic tanks with rice soil at water content of 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%. The results of artificial breeding experiment showed that, there was significant difference in the survival rate of leeches and the number of cocoons produced(P < 0.05), but with no significant difference in cocoons sizes(P > 0.05). The maximum survival rates of leeches and the numbers of cocoons produced occurred at the soil water contents were 60% and 70%, the minimum occurred at the soil water contents was 30%. The results of cocoons hatching experiment showed that, soil water content has a significant impact on hatching rate and number of leeches(P < 0.05). The maximum hatching rates occurred at the soil water contents was 50%, 60% and 70%, and maximum hatching numbers occurred at 60%. Our results indicate that the soil water content should be maintained at 60% ~ 70% during the period of leeches reproduction and cocoons hatching.
