自然降温过程中金叶大花六道木叶片解剖结构差异

摘要
为揭示金叶大花六道木(Abelia grandiflora‘Francis Mason')叶片结构对北方地区自然降温的适应性机制,本研究以金叶大花六道木叶片为试验材料,采用常规石蜡切片、扫描电镜等方法测定金叶大花六道木不同月份叶片组织结构在自然降温过程中的适应性变化。结果表明,金叶大花六道木不同时期叶片相对电导率呈不断上升的趋势,最大值出现在3月,为72.7%。叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度和栅海比呈先上升后下降的趋势。这些变化是金叶大花六道木对自然变温所做出的适应性变化。
In order to reveal cold tolerance of Abelia grandiflora ' Francis Mason',in this study,leaves of A.grandiflora' Francis Mason' were used as materials.We conducted relative electrolytic leakage and the leaf histological structure by routine paraffin section and conductivity method.The results showed that the highest relative electrolytic leakage were 72.7%in March 2015.In addition,different leaf tissue structure indexes,including leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,spongy tissue thickness and ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue,were changed during a natural drops in temperature.These different indexes increased initially and then decreased with the temperature gradually decreased.These results above indicated that improved adaptability of cold tolerance in relies on the changes of Abelia grandiflora ' Francis Mason' leaf structure.
