不同转子结构的永磁无刷直流高速电机设计及分析

摘要
电机的设计是一个多重物理场的综合设计。本文对"10kW,10000r/min"的永磁无刷直流高速电机进行了设计,针对表贴式径向励磁和内嵌式切向励磁两种转子结构,分析了无刷直流电动机的电磁场及损耗的计算过程。在多物理场分析仿真的基础上,得到了满足电磁性能、转子强度、临界转速的综合设计结果。重点设计分析了内嵌式永磁无刷直流电机,利用电磁与有限元分析软件Ansoft的静态和瞬时操作电动机模拟状态的有限元分析的措施,得到的输入和输出扭矩,电流,速度,磁通量,电位和其他性能曲线,分析其对运动功能,对永磁无刷直流高速电机进行电磁分析对比和损耗对比分析。得出该设计下性能更合理的转子结构。
