摘要

机电设备安装项目的复杂性决定了其项目管理工作的困难程度,项目管理工作实施的好坏与否直接影响着项目的安装工程质量。所以,必须加强机电设备安装项目工程管理。本文主要分析了机电工程的特点及施工过程中质量协调管理的一些常见问题。
The complexity of the installation of electromechanical equipment determines the difficulty of the project management work,whether the implementation of the project management work directly affects the quality of the project.Therefore,we must strengthen the mechanical and electrical equipment installation project management.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of electromechanical engineering and some common problems in quality coordination management during construction.
