摘要

源头治超是治理公路货运超限超载的有效方式之一,货运源头治超监管信息化系统是实现源头治超的重要支撑手段。本文从功能和结构方面进行了道路货运源头治超监管信息系统的研究与设计,将系统划分为部署于源头单位的车辆装载数据采集系统和部署于治超监管部门的源头超限中心监管应用系统两大部分,论述并设计了系统目标、总体架构、应用系统功能、源头企业数据采集设备构成等。经实践证明,所设计的超限监管系统能够满足源头治超监管的应用需求。
The origin of overload controlling is one of the effective ways of controlling the highway freight overload,and the supervision information system is an important means of supporting for the origin of overload controlling.The information system was researched and designed from the function and structure aspects.The system was divided into two parts,including data acquisition system deploying in origin and supervision system deploying in the center.The system goal,architecture,application system function,the equipment constitute in the origin were discussed the designed.It was proved that the information system could meet the application requirements of the supervision of overload.
