滑轮结构的多工况拓扑优化

摘要
针对滑轮结构的多工况情况,以刚度为目标函数进行拓扑优化设计,本文通过将多工况优化问题转化为多目标优化问题,分别采用线性加权法和折中规划法来研究多目标拓扑优化问题。使用OptiStruct模块滑轮结构优化求解,并且对比两种方法的优化效果,经过重新建模,使结构重量由7.213kg减小到6.652kg。
According to the situation of multiple load cases,the topology optimization design of the pulley structure with stiffness as the objective function is carried out.In this paper,the multiple load cases optimization problem is transformed into multiobjective optimization problems with the use of linear weighting and compromising programming approach to study the multiobjective topology optimization problems.Using Optistruct module to optimize the solution,we compate the optimization effect of two methods,and reduce the weight of the structure by re-modeling from the original 7.231 to 6.652 Kg.
