地铁盾构隧道结构极限承载力的试验研究——考虑通缝和错缝拼装方式的影响

摘要
为探明不同拼装方式下盾构隧道衬砌管片的结构性能,提出了拟静力试验方法,分别进行了卸载工况下通缝和错缝拼装盾构隧道结构承载能力的足尺试验研究。试验结果表明:通缝和错缝拼装隧道的结构性能均表现为明显的三个阶段—弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和塑性阶段;由于环间相互作用的影响,通缝和错缝拼装隧道发生破坏的过程不同;通缝和错缝拼装结构的破坏均由接缝破坏和管片截面钢筋屈服发展而成,属梁铰机制。与通缝拼装结构相比,错缝拼装结构具有较强的整体性。
In order to research the failure characteristics of shield tunnels under straight and staggered assembling,full-scale static loading tests were conducted on the ultimate bearing capacity of the two assembling segmental tunnel linings.The test result shows that structural performance of the two types of assembling structures both consists of three obvious stage:elastic stage,elastoplastic and plastic stage;Due to interactions between the rings,the two structures have different failure process.It was found the failure of both tested linings were caused by the failure of joints and the yield of main reinforcing steel.Compared with a straight assembling segmental structure,a staggered assembling segmental structure has a stronger integrity.
