VIP真空保温板在速冻冷柜中设置方式探讨

摘要
基于元体平衡法,建立了冷柜多层保温材料的温度场计算模型。利用该模型计算出VIP真空板分别设置在高温侧和低温侧两种情况下其内部温度场的变化规律。研究结果表明,VIP真空板放置在高温侧时,整个真空板处在33.9℃~-65.4℃的温度场范围内,在此范围内保温材料内部温度的变化不明显。当VIP真空板放置在低温侧时,整个真空板处在-10.2℃~-85.7℃的温度场范围内,真空板内部温度变化较明显,保温效果不佳。建议多层保温材料混合使用时,导热系数较小的保温材料应放置在高温侧为宜。
Based on the element balance method,the calculation model of the temperature field is established about the refrigerator multilayer thermal insulation material.By using the model,the change rule of the internal temperature field is calculated when the VIP vacuum plate is placed respectively in the high temperature side and low temperature side in both cases.The results showed that VIP vacuum plate is placed in the high temperature side,the whole vacuum plate is33.9℃~-65℃ temperature range.Within the scope it is not obvious that the temperature of insulation materials.When the VIP vacuum plate is placed in the low temperature side,the whole vacuum plate is-10.2℃~-85.7℃ temperature range.The change of internal material' s temperature is obvious in the vacuum plate.The heat preservation is not beautiful.It is suggested that when the multilayer insulation materials mixed use,the small thermal conductivity of insulation materials should be placed in the high temperature side.It is advisable.
