空气声源定量法及其在汽车加速通过噪声室内贡献量分析和改进中的应用

摘要
本文应用时域能量空气声源定量法,在半消声室环境下的低噪声四轮驱动底盘测功机上,实现了对基于ISO362—2007通过噪声测试新方法的发动机、消声器、轮胎、排气管等主要噪声源的量化和贡献量排序分析,并依据分析结果对动力总成噪声进行了有针对性的声学包改进,并在新的声学包环境下,对主要噪声源重新进行了量化和贡献量排序,验证了该方法对贡献量分解的有效性和准确性。
In this paper,the time-domain energy Airborne Source Quantification(ASQ) Method was used to quantify and rank the main sources contribution of the engine,muffler,tires,exhaust etc.to the vehicle indoor passby noise based on the new Passby noise test method ISO 362-2007 in the semi-anechoic chamber environment on low noise four-wheel drive chassis dynamometer.Based on the contribution analysis results,powertrain noise acoustic package was successfully developed.With the new powertrain noise acoustic package,the sorting and quantifying analysis of main sources was redone based time-domain energy Airborne Source Quantification(ASQ) Method.The validity and accuracy of the ASQ method was verified.
