阴阳离子表面活性剂复配体系在石英表面吸附行为研究

摘要
石英表面的润湿性与众多生产实践过程密切相关,其研究有重要意义。~1通常石英表面带有部分负电荷,阳离子和阴离子表面活性剂在其表面吸附具有显著差异。阳离子表面活性剂通过较强的静电引力吸附于石英表面,使其疏水化;而在高浓度下,形成双层吸附;因此,接触角随浓度升高先升高后降低。本文研究了十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(C12TAB)分别与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基磺酸钠(SDDS)、十二酸钠(DAS)复配体系在石英表面的吸附行为,考察了浓度对表面张力、接触角、粘附张力、固-液界面张力和粘附功的影响。模拟得到三种阴离子表面活性剂电性强弱符合:SDS>SDDS>DAS。因此SDS与C12TAB静电引力最强,能将C12TAB部分束缚在溶液中,减少其在石英表面的吸附。而SDDS、DAS所带负电较弱,无法抑制阳离子表面活性剂在石英表面的吸附,因此呈现出阳离子表面活性剂的吸附趋势。另外,SDDS-C12TAB、DAS-C12TAB复配体系的粘附张力低于单独C12TAB,说明C12TAB在固体表面吸附时携带了部分SDDS和DAS,复配体系的疏水改性程度更高。
The study of wettability of quartz surface is of special significance in surface and interface science.Generally,there is negative charge on quartz surface.Cationic surfactants would adsorb on quartz surface by electrostatic interaction and form a bilayer at high concentration,so contact angle runs through a maximum with increasing concentration.We studied the mixtures of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide(C12TAB) with sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDDS),sodium dodecanoate(DAS) respectively.The electrostatic attraction between SDS and C12 TAB is strong enough to constrain C12 TAB and decrease the adsorption on quartz surface.However,the charges of SDDS and DAS are weak and they cannot inhibit the adsorption of C12 TAB.Hence,the mixture displays an adsorption trend like cationic surfactant.The adhesive tensions of SDDS-C12 TAB and DAS-C12 TAB are lower than pure C12 TAB,meaning the hydrophobic modification of these two catanionic mixtures are stronger.This indicates that C12 TAB adsorbs on quartz surface carrying SDDS and DAS.
