基于硫酸盐侵蚀与溶蚀耦合作用的混凝土硫酸根传输过程

摘要
为模拟混凝土在硫酸盐侵蚀与渗透溶蚀耦合作用下硫酸根离子的传输过程,基于表面接触溶蚀模型推导了渗透溶蚀混凝土孔隙率经时变化计算公式。并将其引入到现有硫酸根离子侵蚀模型中,建立了硫酸盐侵蚀与渗透溶蚀耦合作用的微分方程。提出了可定量表征混凝土溶蚀程度的溶蚀速率常数。并以某混凝土为例对不同溶蚀速率下的硫酸根离子浓度分布进行数值分析。
To simulate the process of sulfate ion diffusion according to coupled erosion of sulfate erosion and penetration dissolution,based on surface contact dissolution model,the formula of porosity of concrete varying through time was derived,which was introduced to present sulfate ion diffusion model.After that the differential equation of coupled erosion of sulfate erosion and penetration dissolution was established.Dissolution velocity constant was proposed to quantitatively reflect the process of penetration dissolution.A kind of concrete was taken for example by numerical analysis to contrast on sulfate concentrations distribution for different dissolution velocities.
