高强钢动态性能数据在车型开发中的应用

摘要
本文对汽车碰撞典型工况进行了应变率分析;从工程适应性、计算精度及计算效率等方面对比了分段线性模型和Johnson-Cook模型的异同;从理论上分析了Johnson-Cook模型中参考应变率对于材料仿真特性的影响。以保险杠子系统的开发的仿真和试验对标为例分析了参考应变率的选择对于仿真结果的影响。在整车开发仿真中应用对标后的材料性能数据,显示了较高精度。
In this paper,strain rate range is analyzed under typical vehicle crash situation.The common and different aspects between piecewise linear and Johnson- Cook material model is compared on several aspects,such as engineering adaptability,calculation accuracy and efficiency.The theoretical analysis of reference strain rate effect is given.A crash beam development example is given to show the effect of reference strain rate.The simulation result and test result show good consistency.The material character is applied in a vehicle development project.
